Andrea Capecci is an active concert pianist with international background. He played in concert halls and festivals throughout Italy, Germany (a.o. Alte Oper Frankfurt, HR-Sendesaal, Kloster Eberbach within the Rheingau Music Festival), Spain (Auditori Barcelona), Poland, France and England.

 

He plays regularly with orchestras such as HR-Sinfonieorchester, Frankfurter Museumsorchester and the Polska Filharmonia Kameralna, and collaborates with conductors such as Paavo Järvi, Lucas Vis, Hans Drewanz, Sebastian Weigle, Alexander Liebreich, Wojciech Rajski and Howard Griffiths.

 

Andrea Capecci started his career with his studies at the Accademia Pianistica Internazionale “Incontri col Maestro“ Imola with G. Valentini and ended them with a master degree with an award for excellence at the Conservatoire “Pergolesi“ in Fermo with E.Belli and a KA-Diplom at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main with Prof. A.Meyer-Hermann.


From 2013 he held piano teacher position at the Music Academy in Würzburg.
